Back to the Bungalow Exhibition, Ballyfermot Library, from 23rd April

Back to the Bungalow, new content creation and illustration exhibition opens in Ballyfermot Library.

Students of Ballyfermot College were delighted to launch a special exhibition this week. Entitled Back to the Bungalow, the exhibit centres on the work of The Bungalow a family resource centre in Cherry Orchard.

Students of the college’s Content Creation and Photography and Illustration courses have been working with staff and volunteers at The Bungalow Family Resource Centre in Cherry Orchard to highlight the work of the organisation and the services it provides to the community.

The Bungalow offers a variety of services from low cost cooking and sewing classes to line dancing. In operation since 1990 The Bungalow is at the heart of the community and a much-cherished local resource.

Students have worked to give some insight into this work through photography, video, illustration and audio projects.

This thoroughly engaging exhibition is open the public in Ballyfermot Library from 5pm on Tuesday April 23rd.

This exhibition will be an exciting insight into the hard work and commitment the students of Ballyfermot College have been doing to bring awareness to the amazing work of The Bungalow and all of the hard work they do for their community.
