Illustration Course Field Trips
Over the last few months, students of the HND in Illustration Course have had a number of field trips and guest lecturers to enhance their study.
Illustrator’s Ireland show
A trip to Athone to visit the Illustrator’s Ireland show ‘Without The Words’ at The Luan Gallery was really inspiring. Students also took part in ‘The Big Picture’, run by Laureate Na nÓg, PJ Lynch, which involved drawing their own illustrations on the walls of the gallery.
Words Ireland Illustrator’s Special
At The National Library, students attended the ‘Words Ireland Illustrator’s Special’. This was an insightful panel discussion by illustrators Chris Judge, Olivia Golden and Olwyn Whelan.
Illustration Course Guest Lecturers
